Attention All Students….

Congratulations to the 7th & 8th grade Girls Basketball on their victory over New Athens yesterday!!!

Congratulations to the 7th grade Boys Basketball on their victory over Freeburg yesterday!!  Way to

Go Boys!!  8th Grade Boys Basketball had a close lost but played very well!  Keep Going Boys!!!

 

Ø  Attention Singsation Members…. We will rehearse at your lunch hour today.  Please be in the chorus room at 12:05 p.m. 

Ø  Attention 3rd – 8th Grade Students… Please check the lost and found in the back of the multi-purpose room before the end of the day today!

Ø  Attention Band Students… All band instruments need to go home. 

 

Ø  Attention 8th Grade StudentsRemember to turn in your baby picture to Mrs. Weaver today!!

 

Ø  Attention Students…. The Beta Club is having a Cookie Walk on Saturday, Dec. 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the MCS Gym.  Over 300 dozen cookies!  Only $7.00 per pound.  All proceeds to benefit the MCS Beta Club. 

 

Attention All Students…. The MCS Choral Music Department will be hosting the Santa’s Cottage next Wednesday, December 4th through Friday, December 6th.  The store will be set up in the Science Lab for MCS students from 8:30 – 3:00 p.m. The store will be set up at MPC in the Library for Friday, December 6th from 8:30 – 2:30 p.m.  This is the only fundraiser that sustains the choral department.  Proceeds pay for music, folder, accompaniments, piano tuning, and much more.  For those who are new to our schools, Santa’s Cottage is an opportunity for students to do their holiday shopping for parents, grandparents and siblings in a familiar environment.  Merchandise price range from $1 to a maximum price of $8 with most being in the $2 to $5 range.  The opportunity is optional for all students.
