Attention All Students….

 

Earth Day Fundraising Project Winners!!!! 

Thank you to everyone who brought in donations for our Earth Day Fundraising Project. 

Our grand total reached just over $2000!!!  This is the most donations raised by student efforts.  The winning classrooms from each building were announced by Mrs. Pegg and Mr. Emge as follows:

MCS – 4th Grade/Mrs. Voss - $278.39, MPC – 1st Grade/Mrs. Jacob - $188.54

Students from both classrooms will receive an ice cream sundae party in Millstadt Park.  They will receive a sheet in their classroom to select a favorite sundae topping from Happy Days along with a designated date and rain date for their party!!!

All proceeds from the fundraiser will be used for landscaping projects at both MCS and MPC campuses.

 

Attention All Students… The Buy One, Get One Free PTA Spring Book Fair will be held at the Primary Center starting tomorrow through Friday from 8:30 – 3:00 p.m.  Family Night is Tonight from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  

 

  • Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students… Math Matters Tutoring Center is open this Wednesday, 10th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in room 204. 

Ø  Attention All Students… This Friday, April 12th is “Wear a Hat Day” at MCS!!  Support the American Heart Association and give $1.00 to wear a hat! 

 

Attention 3rd – 8th Grade Students…. Pizza Day is this Friday, April 12th, served during lunch from 11:30 to 12:45 p.m.  Receive 2 pieces of pizza, cookie and a bottle of water for $5.  Served in the Atrium, outside the gym.  Please turn in your order form and money into Mr. Weaver by this Thursday, April 11th

 

Ø  Attention 8th Grade Students…. Graduation pictures are scheduled for next Monday, April 15.  Individual pictures will be taken beginning at 6:00 pm.  The Group Photograph of the 2019 Graduation Class will be taken at 7:00 pm.  8th grade students wishing to appear in the group photograph should report to the gym dressed in cap and gown attire by 6:55 pm. Graduation attire:  Male students shall wear a shirt with a collar, tie, dress slacks and dress shoes (no jeans, shorts, flip-flops, boots, sandals or athletic shoes).  Female students shall wear a dress or blouse with either a skirt or dress pants and dress shoes (no jeans, shorts, athletic shoes, platform shoes, flip-flops, sandals, stiletto heels). Graduation attire shall be worn when the graduation pictures are taken and for the graduation ceremony.  Students who do not conform to this policy will be given their diploma at a later date and will not be permitted to participate in or attend the graduation ceremony.
