Attention All Students….
Congratulations to the 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team who defeated Columbia last night!! Way to Go Girls!
Ø Attention 7th/8th Grade Students…. Scholar Bowl Try-outs will be held today at 12:30 pm. in Mrs. Biermann’s room. Scholar bowl is an academic team that competes against other schools in exciting, jeopardy-like games. Please come tomorrow prepared to take a test. Please bring a pencil. We hope to see many of you! Mrs. Biermann & Mrs. Goldstein.
Ø Attention Youth Activist Club…. We will be having an afterschool cleanup this Thursday December 5 (weather permitting). Meet in Mrs. Paisley's room at 3:30 and we will be finished by 4:00 p.m Bring gloves and warm clothes!"
Ø Attention Beta Club Members… Please remember we have a meeting this Thursday morning, @ 7:40 a.m. Cookie Walk sheets and convention applications are due.
Attention All Students…. The MCS Choral Music Department is hosting the Santa’s Cottage this Wednesday, December 4th through Friday, December 6th. The store will be set up in the Science Lab for MCS students from 8:30 – 3:00 p.m. Students in grades 3rd – 6th should be receiving information and envelopes today. Students in grades 7th & 8th who want envelopes can pick them up in the box by the Beta Board.
The store will be set up at MPC in the Library for Friday, December 6th from 8:30 – 2:30 p.m. Merchandise price range from $1 to a maximum price of $8 with most being in the $2 to $5 range. The opportunity is optional for all students.
Ø Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students… Student Council is hosting the Jolly Jamboree on Friday, December 13th from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The cost is $5.00. Please look for permission slips in the hallway.
Attention Students…. The Beta Club is having a Cookie Walk on Saturday, Dec. 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the MCS Gym. Over 300 dozen cookies! Only $7.00 per pound. All proceeds to benefit the MCS Beta Club.
