Character Ed Theme – Tolerance
Attention Students….
Attention 8th Grade Students…. 8th grade Graduation is Wednesday, May 19th. The graduation ceremony is optional. If you choose to participate, you must follow the school guidelines. It is a requirement that students participating in the graduation ceremony wear a maroon gown, cap and tassel. Participation in the graduation ceremony is a privilege. Students must maintain an overall minimum academic success rate of 66% and have a minimum attendance rate of 85% in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. Students who have engaged in repeated Level III or Level IV misbehaviors may also be prohibited from participating in the graduation ceremony. It is important the Principal’s office receive payment before Friday, March 5th to allow time to order the graduation outfits and receive them before graduation day. A representative from Jostens will take measurements in the conference room next to the Principal’s office during lunch on Thursday, March 11th.
- Attention 6th Grade Boys Basketball…. Your Yearbook picture will be taken at practice this Thursday, Feb. 25th.
- Attention Volleyball Players… Your Yearbook picture will be taken before your game this Thursday, Feb. 25th.
- Attention Cheerleaders… Your Yearbook picture will be taken at practice next Wednesday, March 3rd.
- Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Girls…. Practice for Cheerleading is this Wednesday, 24th from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the gym. You must have an updated physical within 13 months to practice. Schedule may change and you must wear a mask.
Attention All Students…. Yearbooks are on sale for the 2020-2021 school year. Get an order form from your homeroom teacher, or go to jostensyearbooks.com and enter Millstadt Consolidated School. There is a discounted price if you order online. All orders are due March 1st.
