Character Ed Theme – Fairness

 

Attention All Students….

Ø  Congratulations to Molly Haag, Olivia Gettinger, Elsa Hubble, and Zac Pitre for winning the regional economics concepts poster contest!!!  These students will be advancing to the state contest. 

Ø  Attention Students… Any student workers who are signed up to work at the Scholar Bowl Tournament tomorrow needs to meet for a brief meeting TODAY in Mrs. Biermann’s room at 12:35 p.m.

  • Attention Students…. Don't forget that your spirit box needs to be decorated and brought to the library by the end of the school day on Tuesday, March 12th.  There will be one winner per grade level.  Winning homerooms will receive a "Spirit Snack."

Ø  Attention 5th/6th/7th/8th Grade Students…  Beta Club is pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Student Trivia Night is on March 22nd.  Students in grades 5th through 8th are invited to get their teams together now.  There will be cash prizes for 1st through 3rd place in both the 5th/6th grade division and the 7th/8th grade division.  Your team will compete in the division of the grade of your oldest player.  In addition, there will again be a Table Theme Contest and door prizes.  All registration and fees must be submitted by next Thursday, March 14thNo late registrations will be accepted.  Registration forms are available from Mrs. Rahn, Mrs. Belosi, Mrs. Alt, and Mrs. Wilson and on the Beta Club Board.  Don’t wait to get your team together!!! 

 

Ø  Attention 8th Grade Girls…. Belleville West High School Football & Basketball Cheerleading tryouts are on Thursday, March 21st at 6:00 p.m. in the Belleville North Balcony Gym.  If you are interested in trying out, there is an informational meeting next Wednesday, March 13th @ 3:40 p.m. in room B113 at Belleville West.  If interested, please pick up an information packet in the Principal’s office. 

 

Ø  Attention 3rd – 8th Grade Students… School Talent Show is on Friday, April 5th. There will be a performance in the morning and the evening.   Auditions are next Monday, March 11th and next Wednesday, March 13th from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

 

Attention Students… PTA Read Aloud Day for MCS and MPC is Tuesday, April 16th! This is a day when parents, family members, teachers and business men and women take time out from their busy schedules to share their passion for reading with MCS and MPC students.
