Attention All Students….
Congratulations to the 8th grade volleyball team for finishing 4th place at state on Saturday. The girls played the best volleyball of the season. The girls played with so much heart and worked as a team. They never gave up. We went three sets in the second match, but came up just sort in the semi-final match. It was a fun day of volleyball and a great way to end our season! Great job on such an incredible season! Please turn in your uniform to Coach Hopper!
Ø Attention Vocal Motion Altos…. We will rehearse at lunch today. We will meet in the large band room to practice.
Ø Attention Track Members…. Those who are going to the track meet today need to be dismissed by 2:45 p.m. There is not any track practice for the remaining track members.
Ø Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students… Math Matters Tutoring Center will be open today from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in room 204.
Ø Attention Beta Club Members… There are two Beta Club sign-ups that need to be filled as soon as possible. The Bunny Brunch and the PTA Hippity Hop Easter Trot.
Ø Attention 8th Grade Students… Sign-up for IM Kickball! The sign-up sheet is located in the gym.
Ø Attention 5th – 8th Grade Students…. St. Louis Cardinals D.A.R.E./Drug Free Night at Busch Stadium is on Tuesday, May 7th. The Cardinals will host the Philadelphia Phillies at 6:45 p.m. Order forms should be turned into the school office NO LATER than Monday, April 8th. Tickets will be $17.00 each. Seating will be in the Right Field Lodge or Right Field Pavilion. Please make checks payable to the Millstadt Police Department. A hot dog and soda are included with each ticket. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Alan Hucke at ahucke@millstadtpolice.org.
Attention All Students…. The Millstadt PTA Spring Fling at Fun Spot in Belleville is this Friday, March 29th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 and for non-skaters is $5. Includes regular skate rentals, all you can eat pizza and soda! There will also be a trivia contest, games and fun!!! If you want to stay later from 7:30 -10:30 p.m., it’s an additional $8.
In honor of Earth Day 2019, we are planning our annual fundraising event. Each classroom will collect donations for the Earth Day Project throughout this week and first week of April.
One classroom from each school will earn an ice cream sundae party in Millstadt Park from Happy Days by raising the most money during the Earth Day Project fundraiser. The donations from the fundraising event will be used to purchase flowers for a district-wide Earth Day Planting Day.
