Character Ed Theme – Integrity
- There will be a Beta Club Convention meeting this Thursday at 7:30am. It is our last meeting before we travel to the convention. It is mandatory!
- Caiden Capell plays in the Southern Illinois Basketball All-Star Game tonight at Rend Lake College at 7:30. Good Luck Caiden!
- Congratulations to the 8th grade volleyball team!! They won 3 out of 4 matches in the conference tournament over the weekend and were awarded consolation champions! Way to go girls!!
- Annual Earth Day Fundraising Event.....
The Earth Day Fundraiser has been finalized raising a grand total of: $2429.49
proceeds will help support the new Farm Club and the spring planting of the school campuses for our Earth Day celebration!!!
Winners of the 2023 Happy Days Ice Cream Party in the Park are as follows:
MPC: 2nd Grade - Mrs. Terveen
MCS: 5th Grade - Mrs. White
As in the past ~ we are planning to honor the MCS classrooms who rallied to raise over $200.00 with an ice cream party in their classroom.
5th Grade - Mrs. Sangiolo
4th Grade - Mr. Keeley
Congratulations to all the winners on a job well done!! Thank you to everyone who participated in making this fundraiser a grand success!
- Track Tryouts – Will be March 13-15 from 3:30-5pm. You must have an updated physical on file and bring warm clothes and running shoes.
- Belleville West Cheerleading Tryouts – Belleville West Cheerleading Tryouts will be on Tuesday, March 21st at 6pm in the North Balcony Gym/Belleville West High School. All 8th grade students are welcome to try out (male and female). Nothing needed prior to tryouts. Any student trying out should arrive at 5:45 in the North Balcony gym.
