Character Ed Theme – Respect
Attention All Students….
· Congratulations to 5th Grader Josie Coughlin, who broke the school record for Cross Country!
Josie ran two miles in 13 minutes 9 seconds. Josie placed 3rd out of 151 runners. Max Eiskant was the top runner for the boys. He ran 2 miles in 12 minutes and 58 seconds.
· Congratulations to the Softball team on their win against St. James on Saturday!!
Congratulations to the Soccer team for their win on Friday night!
· Attention Vocal Motion Baritones… We will rehearse today at 12:35 p.m. Be sure to grab a pass!
Attention All Students… The PTA Scholastic Book Fair starts next Monday night, September 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the MCS Multi-Purpose Room! The Book Fair is open daily from Tuesday, Sept. 24th through Thursday, Sept. 26th from 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. The teacher that has the most students come to the open house will receive a $25 Scholastic Gift Certificate. We will accept credit/debit cards, checks and cash. We look forward to seeing everyone!!
Attention 3rd – 8th Grade Students…. Pizza Day is on Friday, September 27th in the atrium by the gym served from 11:15 to 12:30 p.m. Receive 2 pieces of pizza, dessert, and of bottle of water for $5.00. Please turn in your order form and money to Mr. Weaver by Thursday, Sept. 26th.
· Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students…. The 1st School Dance is next Friday, September 27th from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The cost is $5.00 per person. You need a permission slip to attend the dance.
