Character Ed Theme – Integrity
- Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams on their home victory over West Jr High last night!
- Attention 4th, 5th and 6th Graders... A reminder that sculptures for the Recycling Contest are due this week if you'd like to participate. Contest judges come on Thursday. Cash prizes to the top three places!
- Attention 7th and 8th Graders... Millstadt Civic Club Art Contest pieces are still due this week! The judges will critique every 7th & 8th graders' work on Thursday. Cash prizes to the Top 6- and the Top 3 will go to a State Competition. If a student has missed their art day because of last Tuesday's Snow Day or Monday's E-Learning Day, talk to Mrs. Fischer to work out a time to complete your project.
- Math Team has practice on Thursday morning, January 25th, at 7:30 am in Ms. Glaeser's room.
- Attention students, Young Author's manuscripts are due no later than February 7th. No late entries will be accepted. Entries must have a substantial cover. Notebook paper will not be accepted. Winners will be notified by February 20th if they will be invited to attend the ceremony at Westhaven School. If you have any questions you may reach out to Mrs. Harms. Good luck authors!
- Odyssey of the Mind is hosting a FunDrive. Bring in your old clothes, shoes, bedding, books, and other soft goods by February 1st to help benefit our five Odyssey teams! Donations can be brought to Mrs. Rasmussen’s room or you can contact her at brasmussen@mccsd160.com for a large donation! Please see virtual backpack for more details in the flyer.
- Lunch News: Please be aware that the lunch choice for Thursday, February 25th has changes. They will be serving Chicken and Waffles with Tater Tots instead of the Chicken N Dumplings Soup. Wednesday will still be Chicken Patty.
