Character Ed Theme – Resilience
Ø Students-Flyers for flag tryouts will be outside Mrs. White’s room
Ø All Students: Odyssey of the Mind is hosting a hat day on Friday, April 19th. The cost is $1! Show your support for our Odyssey by wearing your hats!
Ø Panthers Got Talent is underway on Monday, May 13th! A google form will be sent to 5th-8th grader students.
Ø Students interested in playing Baseball– Meeting is 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 17th.
Ø Track competed at the Red Bud invitational and showed a strong performance with both the girls and boys teams sweeping the meet! Huge congratulations to all who participated!
Congratulations to Noah Thomason who broke two school records in the 100 meter dash and the long jump!
Congratulations to the following boys who placed first in their events:
Kalind Hendricks in the hurdles
Jack Gravot in the 400
Easton Blair in the 800 and mile
The 4x 100 relay team with Mark Burton, Kalind Hendricks, Luke Schmidt, and Noah Thomason
The 4x 200 relay team with Mark Burton, Kalind Hendricks, Luke Schmidt, and Jamos Clay
And the 4x 400 relay team with Mark Burton, Grayson Leiber, Micah Pitre, and Easton Blair.
Congratulations to the following girls who placed first in their events:
Claire Emig in the shot put
Lainey Capell in the long jump, 100m, and 200 m dash
Mylee Davis in the 400m
Mikah Davis in the 800 m
The 4x200 relay team with Avery Klucker, Mylee Davis, Lucy Senezyn, and Lainey Capell
And the 4x 400 relay team with Alyssa Sternau, Lucy Senezyn, Avery Klucker, and Mylee Davis.
Also, boys 7th grade 4x200 relay placed first Micah Pitre, Cooper Bilbruck, Talon Alberter, Reese Mehrtens
