Character Ed Theme – Responsibility

Ø  The Yearbook Club is hosting a yearbook sales competition. The homeroom with the highest percentage of sales by October 15th wins a pizza party. If there is a tie, then the pizza party will go to the class that has the highest percentage of add-ons such as personalization.

Ø  Save the Date on October 3^rd.  The Illinois Judges association will be making a presentation regarding “Worries of the Worldwide Web” at 6:00 pm in the MCS gym.

Ø  Please have your parents take a minute to complete the RSVP form that was emailed regarding the Worldwide Web presentation on Thursday, October 3rd at 6:00 p.m.  There will be pizza, cookies, and water served in the MCS cafeteria - all are welcome.  Presentation begins at 6:30 pm  in the  MCS gym.  Students who attend will also receive a coupon for a free Polar Pop at Circle K in Millstadt.

Ø  Today is our 2nd shopping day for LiveSchool! There are some new prices available this week. Students - please be aware while shopping that some new prizes in our store are for specific grade levels only. Teachers - please let your grade-level LiveSchool representative know if there are any new prizes you’d like to see available in the store for your grade! 

Ø  Donut Day is this Friday (10/4)!  Bring your dollar to purchase a donut in the Gym Atrium from 7:45am – 8:05 am

Ø  Cheerleading tryouts will be, October 1^st from 3:30-5:00, and October 2^nd from 3:30 pm until the last tryout.

Ø  Beta Club meeting tomorrow morning (10/2) at 7:45 am!
