Beta Club Meeting - Next meeting: Wednesday 5/6/26 meeting in Mrs. Rasmussen’s Room 207 at 7:45 am.
KIDS BOWL FREE! Just wanted to pass this along to all families. This is a great Program for kids in the summer. I know Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, West Park Bowl in Columbia and St. Clair Bowl in Fairview all participate. Each child can get a pass for 2 free games of bowling each day!!!! https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/
April 25th MCS will be participating in a Fundraiser giving hope to kids with cancer. More information in the March newsletter!
MCS Talent Show will be on May 6th.
Earth Day Results coming this week.
The MCS Art Fair is coming up on Monday April 27th! Come see your artwork on display- along with your friends’ artwork too! Your homeroom teacher will be giving you a flyer this week, so keep an eye out and be sure to mark your calendars!
Wow, our kids made a valiant effort but no awards at the Algebra Bee. Alexander Hogg scored the highest for MCS on the individual Algebra test. We are so proud of all of them. I know I couldn’t have done it and it is amazing the effort and dedication these students put in! Keep up the good work and we will get them next time!
Science Olympiad did amazing at State this past weekend! Our first place winners were Brooke Scharringhausen and Wyatt Linder for their Boomilever and Wyatt and Wesley Linder also got a first place with their Scrambler vehicle. Our second place winners were Ayana Krumenauer, Aubrey Wargo, Owen Wheeler, and Keegan Hauck for Pentathlon, as well as Regan Witt and Nellie Muskopf for Write It, Do It. Wesley Linder and Frank McGhee came away with a 3rd place win for their Hovercraft. 4th place winners were Aubrey Wargo and Emma Frierdich for Rocks and Minerals. And 5th place winners were Frank McGhee and Braxton Szarek for Machines We are all extremely proud at how well the entire team did and for all they have accomplished this season. The team will be doing a walk through with their medals after the announcements today..

Congratulations to the Junior Panther Cheerleaders on the last game of their season yesterday! You all did a wonderful job leading our fans in Panther pride and spirit.
