Beta Club Meeting -  Next meeting:  Wednesday 5/6/26 meeting in Mrs. Rasmussen’s Room  207 at 7:45 am.  

KIDS BOWL FREE!  Just wanted to pass this along to all families.  This is a great Program for kids in the summer.  I know Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, West Park Bowl in Columbia and St. Clair Bowl in Fairview all participate.  Each child can get a pass for 2 free games of bowling each day!!!! https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/

MCS Talent Show will be on May 6th. Students participating in the talent show need to bring all necessary outfits and items to the dress rehearsal today, April 28th at 2:30pm.  

Science Night is fast approaching next week, be sure not to miss out on all the fun on May 6th from 5:30-7:00pm. We’ll see you there! (This has been rescheduled from April 29th)

The last Student Council dance of the year is THIS FRIDAY, May 1st! The theme is "Hello, Summer!". 5th grade will enjoy a time from 6 to 7. 6th, 7th, and 8th will enjoy a time from 7-9, and 8th grade only will have a special time having Breadeaux Pizza catered from 9-10. You don't want to miss this! Your permission slip and $5 entrance fee are due back THIS THURSDAY, April 30th. Teachers, please consider signing up to chaperone so that our students can enjoy this evening.  

The Boys Track & Field has claimed the Regional Title! It took everyone to win such a title against some great talent. Highlighted by a broken school record in the pole vault by Greyson Bilbruck! Way to go Boys!!!  The Girls Track & Field Team took home a hard-fought 2nd Place finish! Congratulations to the girls on their success against some great teams

State Qualifiers: We are proud to announce that 21 athletes have officially punched their tickets to the State Championships!!

Henry Mauck qualified in shot put. 

Peyton Brown and Miles Horvath qualified in Discus. 

Mikah Davis and Mason Robertson qualified in long jump. 

Lily Robles, Karson Baltz, and Christian Ramadamu qualified in high jump. 

Greyson Bilbruck qualified in pole vault. 

Max Barriger qualified in Hurdles. 

Sophia Knobeloch, Corinne Ramadamu, Tessa Toenjes, and Taylor Rule qualified in 7th grade girls 4x 200 relay. 

Greyson Bilbruck, Wesley Collins, Dean Schmidt, and Owen Milton qualified in 7th grade boys 4x200. 

Mason Robertson, Will Grier, Caleb Kish, I-LAHN McGruder qualified in 4x 100. 

Mikah Davis qualified in 400m dash. 

Sophia Knobeloch, Mikah Davis, and I-LAHN McGruder qualified in 100m dash. 

Alexander Hogg qualified in 800m run. 

Mikah Davis qualified in 200m dash. 

Christian Ramadamu, Caleb Kish, Max Barriger, and Will Grier qualified in 4x400 relay. 

Next Stop: The State Championships! Keep that momentum going. We are so proud of you all!

Donut Day is coming up on Friday, May 1st.  So be sure to take advantage of the last one for the school year and bring in your dollar for a yummy Krispy Kreme Donut!
