Beta Club Meeting - Next meeting: Wednesday 5/6/26 meeting in Mrs. Rasmussen’s Room 207 at 7:45 am.
KIDS BOWL FREE! Just wanted to pass this along to all families. This is a great Program for kids in the summer. I know Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, West Park Bowl in Columbia and St. Clair Bowl in Fairview all participate. Each child can get a pass for 2 free games of bowling each day!!!! https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/
MCS Talent Show will be on May 6th. Students participating in the talent show need to bring all necessary outfits and items to the dress rehearsal today, April 28th at 2:30pm.
Science Night is fast approaching next week, be sure not to miss out on all the fun on May 6th from 5:30-7:00pm. We’ll see you there! (This has been rescheduled from April 29th)
The student band concert is today and will start at 9:00 am. So please be seated before then
The last Student Council dance of the year is THIS FRIDAY, May 1st! The theme is "Hello, Summer!". 5th grade will enjoy a time from 6 to 7. 6th, 7th, and 8th will enjoy a time from 7-9, and 8th grade only will have a special time having Breadeaux Pizza catered from 9-10. You don't want to miss this! Your permission slip and $5 entrance fee are due back THIS THURSDAY, April 30th. Teachers, please consider signing up to chaperone so that our students can enjoy this evening.
Donut Day is coming up on Friday, May 1st. So be sure to take advantage of the last one for the school year and bring in your dollar for a yummy Krispy Kreme Donut!
Student Council is sponsoring a DOOR DECORATING CONTEST. The theme is “Panther Pride Showcase: Leap Into Your Future!” Judging will take place on Tuesday, May 12. There will be a winner from both schools!
Reminder, this is the last week for students to check out books. We currently have 48 students with overdue books so try to make sure you get them turned in so parents don’t have to pay the replacement cost. Students with overdue books, please check your desks and lockers, and maybe even under your beds at home for books you have misplaced! Thanks for being responsible and getting these turned into Mrs. Snyder!
Anyone who will be in senior band next year that is interested in joining Flags please stop by Mrs. White's room to sign up as showing interest by Monday afternoon. Tryouts will be held on the following Monday May 11 from 3:30-5:00. If you have any questions reach out to Mrs. White
