Science Night is fast approaching next week, be sure not to miss out on all the fun on May 6th from 5:30-7:00pm. We’ll see you there! 

KIDS BOWL FREE!  Just wanted to pass this along to all families.  This is a great Program for kids in the summer.  I know Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, West Park Bowl in Columbia and St. Clair Bowl in Fairview all participate.  Each child can get a pass for 2 free games of bowling each day!!!! https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/

Student Council is sponsoring a DOOR DECORATING CONTEST. The theme is “Panther Pride Showcase: Leap Into Your Future!” Judging will take place on Tuesday, May 12. There will be a winner from both schools!  

Anyone who will be in senior band next year that is interested in joining Flags please stop by Mrs. White's room to sign up as showing interest by Monday afternoon. Tryouts will be held on the following Monday May 11 from 3:30-5:00. If you have any questions reach out to Mrs. White  

Please keep your lunch balances in mind as we approach the last days of school.  Remind parents that all negative fees need to be paid before student’s last day of school.  Thanks!

Friday our boys’ and girls’ track and field teams competed in the big conference meet. Both teams competed hard and came home with hardware. 

Congratulations to our Boys Track and Field Team who placed SECOND in the conference. We had some great performances and individuals who hit personal bests to help their team score. The following boys placed at conference:  Karson Baltz placed second in the conference in high jump. Christian Ramadamu placed third in high jump. Henry Mauck placed first  in shot put. Tripp Hemmer placed 4th in shot put. Will Grier placed second in long jump. Mason Robertson placed 6th in long jump. Alexander Hogg placed 3rd in triple jump. Christian Ramadamu placed 4th in triple jump. Jason Sinn placed first in discus. Miles Horvath placed 4th in discus. Wesley Collins, I-LAHN McGruder, Tripp Hemmer, and Orlando Saffore placed 4th in the medley relay. Mason Robertson placed 3rd in hurdles. Mason Robertson, Will Grier, Caleb Kish, and I-LAHN McGruder placed 4th in the 4x 100 relay. Will Grier, Sawyer Belosi, Caleb Kish, and Karson Baltz placed 4th in the varsity 4 x 200 relay. I- LAHN McGruder placed 4th in 8th grade 100m dash. Owen Milton placed 2nd in 7th grade 100m dash. Wesley Collins placed 3rd in 7th grade 100m dash. Greyson Bilbruck, Wesley Collins, Dean Schmidt, and Owen Milton placed 1st in 7th grade 4x 200. Christian Ramadamu placed 5th in the 400m dash. Alexander Hogg placed 2nd in the 800m run. I-LAHN McGruder placed 1st in the 200m dash. Tripp Henmer, Caleb Kish, Sawyer Belosi, and Will Grier placed 3rd in the 4x 400m  relay.  We are beyond thrilled to announce that our Girls’ Track & Field Team has been crowned  Conference Champions! It was highlighted by an outstanding performance by Mikah Davis who won all four of her events, giving her team 40 points. Sophia Knobeloch also had an outstanding day and scored 32 points in her 4 events. But,  we still needed more points, and the  following also performed and helped this team bring home a championship: Kynedi Larsen placed 2nd in the conference in shot put. Peyton Brown placed 2nd in discus. Tess Belosi placed 6th in discus. Lily Robles placed 5th in high jump. Mikah Davis placed first in long jump. Sophia Knobeloch placed 2nd in long jump. Brooke Duncan placed 2nd in triple jump. Sophia McWilliams placed 4th in triple jump.  Sophia McWilliams, Brooke Duncan, Taylor Rule, and Lily Robles placed 3rd in the medley relay. Sophia Knobeloch, Corinne Ramadamu, Tessa Toenjes, and Taylor Rule placed 2nd in the 7th grade 4x200m  relay. Sophia Knobeloch placed 1st in the 7th grade 100m dash. Brooke Duncan, Abby Diehl, Neveah McMillan, and Lily Robles placed 4th in varsity 4x 200 relay. Mikah Davis placed 1st in the 100m dash, 400m dash and 200m dash. Sophia Knobeloch placed 3rd in the 200m dash. Taylor Rule, Brooke Duncan, Lily Robles, and Sophia McWilliams placed 5th in the 4x400m relay. We’re so proud of you ALL!  Huge accomplishment! Congratulations!!
