Character Ed Theme – Commitment
KIDS BOWL FREE! Just wanted to pass this along to all families. This is a great Program for kids in the summer. I know Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, West Park Bowl in Columbia and St. Clair Bowl in Fairview all participate. Each child can get a pass for 2 free games of bowling each day!!!! https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/
The student council's door decorating contest is still going on! How are your door decorating ideas coming along? We can’t wait to see the amazing designs and messages you come up with. Show your PANTHER PRIDE by decorating for one of our athletic or academic clubs. Judging will take place on Tuesday, May 12. There is a winner from both schools!
Track students don’t forget to turn in your clean uniform into Mr. Bilbruck by the end of today unless you are going to state. Also, be sure to pump up our track students going to state this weekend and wish them good luck and much success!
Field day will be Monday, May 11th. Be sure to wear your house t-shirts and get excited about rooting for your teams. Remember there will be lunch provided with the all school cook out as well. It should be a fun and exciting day, full of a lot of cheering I imagine!
MCS Odyssey of the Mind is having a BBQ and bake sale on Saturday 5/9 from 3-7 at Millpond Brewing. Come get some yummy food and cakes!
Help Us Capture the Magic! Join the 2026-2027 Yearbook Staff! Do you have an eye for great photos? Do you love telling stories or making pages look awesome? We want YOU to help us create a book that our school will keep forever!
We are officially looking for 12 motivated and dedicated candidates to join next year's Yearbook Staff. We need a team that is ready to work hard, stay organized, and—most importantly—have a blast capturing all the best moments of the school year.
How to Apply:
1. Pick up an application form from the computer lab**.
2. Fill it out and make sure to get a parent or guardian's signature.
3. Turn your completed application back in by Monday, May 18th.
Note: We only have 12 spots available, so make sure your application shows us why you’re the perfect fit for the team! Don’t miss your chance to go behind the scenes and make history. We can’t wait to see your applications!
How exciting for our 3rd graders, it is time for your "Join Band Meeting" on Monday May 11th at 6:30pm in the band room. All 3rd graders interested in band, please come to the meeting with your parents.
