Band News:
Sr Band will be performing at the homecoming parade on Saturday, September 5th. The parade is one of Millstadt’s long-standing traditions and one of the best highlights of the year. And don’t forget your candy bag LOL!
Sports News:
Yearbook Staff and School Play participants, if you have not already paid your activity fees, please get those turned in as soon as possible.
Our first Ice cream day of the school year is on September 4th. Be sure to turn in your forms along with $5.00 and select your flavor between vanilla, chocolate, or twist. All benefits support our athletic department. Forms are due on September 3rd.
Beta Club has their first meeting coming up on Wednesday, September 2nd. Start time is at 7:45
Cross country had their first meet Friday and everyone gave it their all and ran well! Many individuals ran their personal bests and reached goals they set before the meet! It was amazing to watch and coach. Special shout out to Tobin Podhrasky who helped another competitor get back up while running her race. It showed a great deal of sportsmanship and character to do what she did. Well done Panthers! Way to represent Millstadt well Friday!
Congrats to the A softball team on their big win against Waterloo on Friday and congrats also to the B softball team for splitting their doubleheader against Freeburg on Saturday
Our baseball team lost their first game 3-1 and but came around and won the second game 11-8! Way to go athletes, sound like you had a successful weekend!

Junior High Play News: Cast of the Junior High Play - reminder that there is no rehearsal on Monday next week 8/31.
Ice Cream Day: Please have your orders turned in with $5 by this Thursday Sept. 3rd if you want ice cream on Sept 4th. Proceed benefit our Athletic Department
Hat Day: September 2nd is Hat day. Please feel free to wear a hat for a $1.00 donation to help support the school play!
BLOOD DRIVE: There will be a blood drive on Wednesday September 16th at St James Catholic Parish & School from 3:00pm to 8:00pm in honor of one of our students Regan Timm. Please schedule your appointment today and call 1-800-Red-Cross or email at RedCrossBlood.org. Or you may also go to the school website for a QR Code.
