Attention All Students….
Ø Congratulations to the Beta Club Members who did a great job at the Convention!! Their behavior was wonderful and the convention was a lot of fun. Congratulations to Will Fessel for earning 3rd in the language arts division for 6th grade. Margaret Elliot for earning 3rd place in the language arts division for 8th grade. Congratulations to Alexis Sheldon who won 2nd place for her photography piece. Olivia Gettinger for earning 3rd place with her colored pencil sketch. Both of their pieces will be on display in the library. We also want to congratulate Jordyn Struense for making it to the final round for her voice solo. She was amazing!!
Ø Congratulations to the Scholar Bowl Team who won both of their matches against Smithton last night!
Attention 3rd – 5th Grade Girls…. Girls on the Run has extended their registration date. It is now open, there are only 4 spots left to fill, first come first serve. Cost is $125. To register, go to the website, www.girlsontherunstlouis.org
Ø Attention Science Olympiad Team… we have practice every day this week in Mrs. Kienitz room from 3:30-4:15 p.m.
Ø Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students…. The Dance is this Friday, March 1st from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the Gym. You have to have a signed permission slip to attend. Cost to get in is $5.00
Ø Attention 6th/7th/8th Grade Students…. Math Matters Tutoring Center will be open on Thursday, Feb. 28th from 3:30 to 4:30 in room #204.
Ø Attention Students… School Talent Show is on Friday, April 5th. There will be a performance in the morning and the evening. If you are interested in in participating in the talent show you need to sign up outside of Mrs. Belosi’s classroom by Monday, March 4th. Auditions will be Monday, March 11th and Wednesday, March 13th from 3:30-5:30p.m.
